What they tried: Monday.com for project planning — it couldn't plan projects the way this firm plans them. An expensive standalone document management system for right-of-way work. A rigid, off-the-shelf HR review tool that didn't match their review process.
What we built: A project planner built around their exact workflow, feeding project intake and timesheets directly into their Ajera ERP. A custom HR review process integrated with Criterion. Right-of-way document templates that fill themselves out.
How fast: First working system live in [X] weeks. Three more followed.
What changed: Four systems replaced or connected, and counting. One firm, running on software that finally fits the way they work.
What's next: The firm keeps finding more of the operation worth building this way — every new system they hand Stratify is one more workaround retired.
